YES IT IS TIME! There are some changes and NEW options, please read the whole letter!!!

It is time once again to begin getting ready for our FALL Golf retreat. Christian Golfers Ministry is proud to have the continuing relationship with Caraway.
The Dates: September 14-15, 2009
The Place: Caraway Conference Center-–Holly Ridge Golf Course
PLEASE BE AT THE Holly Ridge Golf Course
Before 9:30am MONDAY MORNING, range balls will be provided. Tuesday we will be playing Holly Ridge Golf Course. Box Lunch at the golf course included Tuesday

All fees will be payable to Christian Golfers Ministry
All registrations will be sent to Christian Golfers Ministry
Your confirmation will come from CGM by email whenever possible.

Will have lunch on Tuesday at Holly Ridge golf course following the Tuesday round.
The cost will include, Golf Fees, Awards, Room, Meals (Steak, Shrimp cocktail and cobbler on Monday evening)
A portion of the fees will go toward Caraway Ministers Scholarship Fund for Ministers to be able to take personal study and reflection retreats at Caraway and the Ministry efforts of Christian Golfers Ministry
A Collective Plaque with the Championship Winner will be placed on display in the Caraway lobby; all places will receive prizes and/or special awards.
Regular and Senior flights (62 and older)

NEW THIS FALL A FOUR MAN BEST BALL DIVISION. When you register you MUST check this option if you wish to play in this division and list your foursome (every player must still have a form) you will play both days in this division and the only trophies awarded with be for the foursome with the lowest 2 day total. Each player will be able to compete in the Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contest on Monday. We will offer this division ONLY if we have at least 3 teams.

Your registration form is included with this mailing. Feel Free to make copies and give them to your friends. MAKE NOTE… we MUST have 24 people paid and registered by August 28th, if not we must cancel the event. We must have at least 32 to have competition if we have between 24-32 we will come together and have fun just playing and we will have some prizes each day for closest to the pin and longest drive and maybe a few other things. If we have over 32 we will base the flights and divisions on the total number registered. Remember you are only registered when the fee and form are received. We are only able to accept the first 120 golfers so don’t delay!
Special information: Come spend Sunday night and get in an EXTRA round at Holly Ridge. Call Holly Ridge for a Tee time and cost, be sure to tell them you are with our group. Be sure to register for Sunday night lodging on the form!
